What is Shecurity?
Shecurity is a free women's safety app: your little helper when something feels wrong. It has an SOS with live location, a fake call that talks back, walk me home, check-ins and a siren, and it shares only with the friends and family you invite.
Is Shecurity really free?
Yes. Every safety feature is free forever, with no ads and no trial. Shecurity is profit-free: nobody earns money from it. You can donate to support future upgrades, but you never have to.
Who can see my location?
Only the people in your circle, and only while you choose to share it: during an SOS, a walk or a missed check-in. There is no public map and no strangers. Your location is never sold.
Is it only for women?
Shecurity is designed for women and girls, shaped by their real stories and surveys, but anyone can use it, and anyone can be in your circle: friends, partners, parents, brothers, flatmates.
Does Shecurity work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Get it on Google Play for Android. On iPhone the App Store version is on its way; until then it works in Safari from the home screen. There are home-screen widgets and Apple Watch and Wear OS apps too.
Does Shecurity call the police?
No. It alerts the people you trust, with your live location, and shows your local emergency number with one tap. In immediate danger, always call 911, 112, 999 or 000 first.
